Tomorrow, Friday April 29th is a ½ day school attendance for the PTO School Carnival Bash. The Middle school will dismiss at 11:10 am and the Elementary school will dismiss at 11:45 am. Regular school lunch will not be served tomorrow. Food will be available for purchase for those attending the carnival bash. Students in grades Kindergarten – 4th must be accompanied by an adult at the carnival, not an older sibling. Elementary students will be transported home as usual and will not be allowed to stay at the school without a signed permission slip and an adult to accompany them, so please make arrangements accordingly. Middle school students must turn in a permission slip to their homeroom teacher in order to stay for the carnival. Students without a signed permission slip will be transported home as usual at 11:10. Students staying must have a ride home by 3:30.
Wristbands for the inflatables can still be purchased on Friday for $20. Cash only please! The carnival runs starts 11:10 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. All students must be picked up no later than 3:30 p.m.
The Extended School Program will be in session on Friday until 6 p.m. Students attending ESP will need to bring a sack lunch, even if they will be attending the carnival later in the day. ESP will not be taking students to the carnival. Once a student is signed into E.S.P., they may not leave until they are signed out by a legal guardian or emergency contact. Older student siblings may not sign out younger siblings.
Due to the forecast for inclement weather the Carnival Bash will be held indoors.

Belle Valley Parents,
If you were at school this morning you may have heard the announcement that middle school was going into soft lockdown mode. We did have an unconfirmed report of a gun and immediately took steps to ensure student safety. The police were immediately summoned and using our camera system and we were able to figure out what happened within a 5 minute time period. Long story short, it is Star Wars day at school and a student brought his plastic Star Wars Jedi gun in for the celebration.
