For your convenience, listed below is a reminder of a couple dismissal procedures
we have in place at Belle Valley.
If a parent needs to change how their child gets home, please follow the following
procedure: Students select one way to get home and communicate that with their
teacher. If a change has to be made, please contact the office (not the teacher)
by 2:00 that day.
Parent Pick up: If you are getting out of your car to pick up a student, please park
in the parking lot. If you are using the inner circle, please pull to the outside lane
before stopping. Once you are pulled over, your child(ren) may get into your car.
The inside circle should only be used for driving, no one should be stopped.
Following these procedures will greatly increase time on task in the classroom and
provide a safe atmosphere during student pickup. Thank you for your help in this
matter. Education is a true team effort!
If you have any questions, please contact the office.
Sincerely,
Belle Valley Administrative Team
