* Prospective kindergartners must be 5 years of age by Sept. 1 2023

* You must bring your child's certified birth certificate(NOT the hospital copy)

*You must submit 3 proofs of residency. (For example, renters can provide an Occupancy Permit, Lease with Landlord's name and phone number, and a current utility bill.)
