Registration Reminder for Families
We are excited to welcome returning families back for registration tomorrow, Tuesday, June 2, from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM and Wednesday, June 3, from 1:00 PM–7:00 PM.
Please remember that registration will not be considered complete until proof of residency documents are submitted in person during one of the registration dates listed above. A list of accepted documents is included at the bottom of this message and on the website www.bv119.net. Paper copies must be brought to registration; copies sent by email will not be accepted.
Students will not be registered for classes or added to bus routes until registration is complete.
Families may complete the online registration portion at home before attending in-person registration. Online registration is now open in Teacher Ease and includes student information, emergency contacts, and permission forms.

Proof of Residency (4 hard copies needed from list below):
Category A: Must provide 1 form of proof of the following:
-Current lease or rental contract - Landlord name and phone number
-Mortgage statement or closing statement (documenting purchase of residence)
-Recent property tax bill (showing address of residence)
Category B: Must provide 3 different forms of proof of the following:
-Military housing letter
-Occupancy permit (dated within 6 months)
-Residency Attestation / Lives with resident form (homeowner/leaseholder must provide required proof of residency)
-Current driver’s license or State I.D. with address in district
-Current home or Apartment certificate of insurance
-Recent, paid utility Bills (i.e. water, gas, electric, phone, or cable bill)
-Current vehicle registration, Vehicle title, or Current auto insurance
-Policy public aid card Medicaid medical card with district address
-Recent paycheck stub with district address
-Recent bank statement or credit card statement with district address
We would like to share with you some exciting information that may
benefit your Child. Your Child is invited to participate in the Belleville
Summer Sack Lunch Program. Beginning Monday- June 1 st through
Friday, August the 7 th many Churches, Businesses and Organizations will partner together to provide free nutritional sack lunches to Children in Belleville. The lunches will be delivered to your neighborhood everyday Monday through Friday.
Look for one of the Belleville Summer Sack Lunch Program Vehicles that will deliver lunches every weekday, Monday through Friday.
