Student Achievement
1. Improve the learning of all students in the core academic areas of reading and mathematics.

2. Recruit, hire, develop and maintain a highly qualified staff, which is student-centered, motivated, positive, and reflective of our diverse school community.
Student Support Services
3. Increase the level of both academic and social support available to students and parents so that all children reach their optimal level of learning.
Building and Grounds
4. Maintain buildings and grounds that are safe and conducive to learning and teaching.
Community
5. Actively engage the community in order to improve student learning.
Finances
6. Achieve and maintain a balanced budget.
7. Develop an education foundation.
